Before payment
You can cancel any request free of charge before you pay. Counselling sessions before approval are not charged separately unless stated.
After payment, before sample collection
Cancel any time before your sample is collected for a full refund, less any kit already dispatched.
After sample collection
Once analysis has started, refunds are not possible. If we cannot produce a result due to sample quality, we will offer a free recollection or a refund.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
