What we collect

Your name, contact details, address, prescription or clinical note, medical and family history, sample, and the resulting genetic data and report.

Genetic data consent

We test your sample only after you sign a written consent. Your consent states which test is performed and how your data is used.

We never share your genetic data or report with anyone — including insurers, employers or researchers — without your separate, explicit written consent. Your referring doctor receives the report only with your permission.

How we protect it

Prescriptions and reports are stored in private storage and open only through short-lived secure links. Every report view and download is recorded.

Staff see only the information their role needs. Messages we send never contain results.

Family members

You may add family members to your account. Each result is linked to the person tested. You confirm you have their permission to manage their testing.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. See our Account Deletion page.
